Itinerary
Arrive to your first location in the Dolomites and make yourself comfortable in your hotel. Good night’s sleep will do you worlds of good before your adventure begins.
After breakfast, start exploring the enormous Alta Badia ski resort. In the valley, you will find famous towns such as Corvara, Colfosco, Badia or La Villa, and you can ski from town to town. Exploring your surroundings while skiing is always a good idea. More than 130 kilometers of slopes are waiting for you in Alta Badia, so you can gradually make your way back to the hotel. Alternatively, if you get stuck in one of the mountain huts for a bit too long, ski bus is always there to take you back to your hotel, where you will spend the rest of the day.
Your skiing day will start on the way to Passo Gardena, where you will enter the famous Sellaronda ski circuit. Then you will descend into Val di Fassa, another skiing marvel of the Dolomites, even bigger than Alta Badia. The valley links seven different ski areas with 210 kilometers of skiing, so you have almost unlimited choices in front of you.
Ski up to Passo Sella and descend in Canazei, where you can ski until the last bell and then retreat to your hotel in Canazei, or explore the valley even further and return to your accommodation with skibus. You will spend the night in Canazei.
Ski safari will continue with ascent up to Passo Pordoi, where you can try out the local ski slopes or descend down to Arabba, where the Marmolada skiing region begins. From there you will gradually ski to Passo Fedaia, where you can take a break and enjoy the wonderful Fedaia lake, and then it is time to ascent to Marmolada, the highest point (3300 meters above the sea) of your ski safari in the Dolomites. At the end of the day, a true marvel awaits you – La Bellunese ski run, with 12 kilometres the longest in the Dolomites, which will take you from Marmolada all the way to Arabba, where you will spend the night.
After breakfast, a short transfer with a ski bus will take you to Alleghe, where you will ski in the area on the Civetta mountain. Civetta is a quieter part of the Dolomites, which attracts visitors who want to enjoy the slopes and the peaceful silence of the beautiful Dolomites every year. When your ski day is done, you will descend to Pescul, which is on the other side of the resort, where a private transfer will pick you up to take you to your hotel in the famous Cortina d’Ampezzo.
Your ski safari will conclude in Cortina d’Ampezzo, where you can enjoy the Olympic slopes, the locations of James Bond movies, the best restaurants in the Dolomites and all in all glamour everywhere you look. Your ski safari will conclude with another night in Cortina, so you will be able to enjoy the apres-ski and lovely evening life in this luxurious ski town in the Dolomites.
Alternatively, you can take a quick bus to Cinque Torri, one of the three ski locations in Cortina, and from there ski down to Alta Badia. You can enjoy famous Armentarola ski run and descend back to your hotel, so your ski safari will make a perfect loop.
After five days of non-stop skiing, it is time to say goodbye to the Dolomites and head back to the airport.

Designed to maximize your time on the slopes, the trip takes you through a variety of terrain at different resorts in the beautiful Dolomites mountains. You’ll have five full days of skiing in which you will try the slopes in Alta Badia, Val di Fassa, Arabba, Marmolada, Civetta and Cortina d’Ampezzo. Only the best of the best in the Dolomites waits for you on this ski safari.
Every day will offer you a different experience, yet they all have something in common — perfect snow conditions and state-of-the-art ski lifts and cable cars. You will not want anything in the Dolomites. Dreaming of skiing on wide slopes with no crowds? You have come to the right place.
In one week you will make a loop around the Dolomites and that is what ski safari is for. It is almost impossible to pick just one resort to spend your holidays in when the choice is so big. So why choose when you can enjoy all of them with a ski safari in the Dolomites?
You will travel every day, but you will still stay in homely mountain villages where nice accommodations will be waiting for you. So you can experience an adventure and yet still retain most of the comfort that “traditional” ski holidays in resorts offer you.
For the last day of ski safari, the skiers will have two possibilities. You can either immerse yourselves in everything that Cortina d’Ampezzo can offer you, not just fun on the slopes, or you can continue your journey back to Alta Badia and complete the loop. The choice is yours!
And if you would like to add additional days to your skiing safari, we can always modify the itinerary to accommodate your wishes. Our team will strive to make your every wish come true.

Traveling light is the key. Make sure you have sufficient layers of breathable clothing to ensure that you are always warm enough and can remove a layer if you get too hot. You can also discuss the current weather conditions with your travel manager a week before you arrive. Regarding ski equipment, you can bring your own, or we can provide rental pieces according to your wishes.
Our price of Ski Holidays does not include:
– International airfare
– travel and sports insurance
– food and drinks if not noted otherwise
A tourist and promotion tax is a fee every visitor must pay for each overnight stay wherever in the Dolomites.
The best time for skiing is from mid-December to April when the weather conditions are the most stable. Otherwise, the ski resorts in the Dolomites usually open their slopes for business at the beginning of December, but the proportion of open ski runs depends on the snow conditions. In the first days of December, some connecting runs to other ski resorts may not be open yet.
